After struggling for over 30 years with my own weight problems, I hit an all time high in 2010. I knew I had to do something and that as a psychiatrist I should have some clues of how to change my perceptions of food and eating to achieve long lasting success. After a 65 pound sustained weight loss, I shared the steps to success in my book and online course. Finding ways for you to take back your power over food, and successfully make changes while completely avoiding feeling deprived was my secret to success, and can be yours as well.
